A rare and desirable "Pinto" Smith & Wesson Model 42 Centennial air-weight dual-action revolver with Original Box
S&w Model 42
It was built on a Smith & Wesson J-frame and was manufactured from 1952-1972. Standard "Air Weight" markings on barrel and frame. Fixed front sight. The barrel, cylinder, thumb piece and handle safety are nickel plated. The plant is green and strongly activated. Lubricated nuts and S&W medals. Complete with a blue two-piece abbreviation box marked on the revolver and write the last word in two colors as a separate part of the last letter. Also along with original cleaning tools and books.

Good plus with 98% finishing early. All monikers are 99% including the finish which has only some minor tweaks and starts to look blurry. This painting shows some indication of collectible quality. The cylinder shows a narrow line. These clothes go very well with a variety of colors. The launcher has a solid color that looks very nice. The box and the end card are both very good.
