Glock 20c - I bought a G20 from a Glock shop about a year ago and it is a great tool to use on my farm in NW Colorado. I have complete confidence in his ability to handle any situation that may arise in this rural area. With the Winchester silver tips, recoil and bounce is very manageable. It is top shelf equipment for the big game hunter.

I've heard this is the best gear for bear encounters, which have been increasing in numbers since trout fishing last year.

Field unloading is difficult with small release slides - magazines are difficult to load by hand.

After a day of shooting I installed an aftermarket release 'bar' which made it very easy to clean.

I also bought a plastic end for the gap in the case near where the mag goes in. I've heard that dirt can get into the firing mechanism - but IDK for sure.

With a full mag, be sure to push it firmly into the body of the gun - it would be a shame for the mag to fall out. Hopefully the mag spring will wear down a bit.

Take 20SF. My third Glock and my favorite of the 8 guns. 15 rounds of 10mm is a lot of firepower.

I bought a G20 GEN 4 about a month ago. I bought it at a low price. Even if I pay more, I'll still be a happy GLOCK guy!

Last week I went to the range and shot 3 different ammo. BLAZER, SIG/SAUER and ARMSCOR. All 3 worked without issue. But I will say that I really like ARMSCOR.

I fired all the FMJs with single and semi-automatic fire. The gun worked flawlessly! Of course it's a Glock!

I have an older G19 from the early 1990's, still a great gun. I always carried that or my RUGER 1911 45ACP when I first bought it.

Which Glock Is The Most Powerful?

I have small guns to carry 4 carries but I like more power! BOSS, that is. WOMAN likes small arms anyway. I never want to anger her enough to shoot me; She is a much better shooter than me! Her father raised her in NRA tournaments in the late 50's and early 60's, and she won a ton of trophies, always beating the boys! That had to hurt!

I'm torn between 10mm and .45 ACP. However, after reviewing many ball games and performance studies, there is no doubt... the G20 wins in all departments: muzzle and target speed and power, flight path, etc. Although the ammo is a bit pricey, I'm still happy to have this primarily for personal protection, but if that black bear shows up in my yard again, he might get some lead shampoo.

I've been close to getting one of these for a while. I never thought much of Glocks because of the plastic and lack of manual safety. However, one of the .45acp fell into my lap and really grew on me - quality, ergo, lightness and weight. So this will be my first 10mm, based on previous Glock experience...15 rounds of 10mm should be fine for anything I call "home" in the Southern Rockies.

I am on my 2nd Glock 10mm and love it. It has regression but nothing "out of control". I'm not a big guy, but I take a small sight out of the box and customize it to my taste (no accessories, just stock) and I hit my target every time. Great tool!!!
